Hire of equipment is subject to terms and conditions which exclude Richmond Film Services from any loss of consequential loss caused by failure of equipment: full conditions may be inspected on request.

INSURANCE

The hirer shall be responsible for all loss and damage of equipment during the time it is in their possession and should exercise all due care to prevent such loss. We strongly advise the client to insure the equipment for the full replacement value and for loss of hire until equipment is replaced, up to a maximum period of six weeks.

PAYMENT TERMS

Credit accounts may be granted upon application and the provision of suitable references. Payment terms for account customers are 30 days from date of invoice. Please use the link below to download our Account Application Form:

WEEKLY RATE IS 4 TIMES DAILY RATE

DISCOUNTS

Weekly rate should be based on 4 days.

Discounts are given for long term hire as follows, and stated at the start of the hire period:

  • 4 weeks and over - less 10%
  • 8 weeks and over - less 20%
  • 13 weeks and over - less 30%
  • 26 weeks and over - less 40%

Long term hire will be invoiced monthly where possible.
